American Express Global Business Travel: improving product familiarity

American Express Global Business Travel has a host of tools and services it uses to support companies when their teams travel. As the copywriter in charge of writing 16 product videos, the task was to maintain a consistent tone, retain a large amount of product knowledge since similar information would be used in multiple videos, and avoid sounding too repetitive. The videos were reviewed by many stakeholders across the client’s product teams and therefore were held up to a rigorous internal standard.
